Mateus was the youngest lawyer in Brazil, having entered law school at the age of 14. He argued and won a case before the Supreme Federal Court, earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School, and passed the New York Bar Exam—all between the ages of 18 and 20.

Mateus practiced capital markets law at Milbank LLP, one of New York’s leading law firms, and was awarded the full Knight-Hennessy Scholarship to pursue an MBA at Stanford. However, he stepped away after the first quarter to focus 100% on building Enter.

Obsessed Engineer since the age of 10, Michael earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from École Polytechnique. He co-founded Wildlife Studios — a mobile gaming unicorn valued at $4 billion, backed by Benchmark and Bessemer. Mike stayed there for 12 years, serving as CTO and helping scale the company from zero to over 3 billion users.

After earning more than 20 medals in Math and Informatics Olympiads, Henrique received a scholarship to pursue his undergraduate studies at Harvard University, where he majored in Computer Science and Statistics. He worked as a Software Engineer at Tesla in Palo Alto before joining Wildlife Studios—a mobile gaming unicorn valued at $4 billion.

In his first months, he served as an "Entrepreneur in Residence" at Bessemer Venture Partners before focusing on building Wildlife’s proprietary real-time ad-buying platform. At 28, he was named the company's CMO before co-founding Enter.
