Three levers to cut labor damages
Our Levers
EnterOS runs labor lawsuits end to end
AI agents track every lawsuit from intake to appeal. Each new court filing triggers a strategy refresh.

Structured data that drives strategy
Pay stubs, timesheets and employment fund records in one claimant profile. Enter analyzes every ruling to learn what wins in each court.

A dedicated Enter team behind every client
Beyond AI agents, Enter dedicates a full team to your litigation: engineers who adapt the platform to your needs, specialists who spot opportunities in your business and legal strategists who chart the path alongside you.

Lawsuit intake
API-connected to courts, your HR system and legal ERP. From those sources we build the Claimant Profile — every data point that matters: pay stubs, timesheets, employment fund records, PPE receipts, collective bargaining agreements, vacation slips and more.
Financial modeling
Estimated judgment computed via court-integrated calculations and refreshed with every new court filing. Per-lawsuit financial modeling: amount in dispute, worst-case exposure and ideal settlement figure — all grounded in damages calculation and the Claimant Profile.
Fraud and violation screening
30+ automated checks: tampered proof of address, invalid power of attorney, irregular bar registration, colluding serial attorneys, lis pendens, deceased plaintiff, undue fee waiver — and more.
Lawsuit answer
Each lawsuit answer is built claim by claim from structured Claimant DNA data and court-specific case law. For hazardous-condition claims, expert reports from the same cost center are reused — cutting the need for a new on-site inspection.
Hearing
The hearing attorney gets a full case briefing: settlement figure, question list and strategy. For high-value lawsuits, witnesses are picked using the org chart — direct supervisor, peers and each person's current status. After the hearing, AI-generated feedback scores the attorney's performance and feeds back into ops.
Ongoing tracking
Every new court filing re-triggers a full case read and liability recalculation. Rulings are analyzed to map what wins in each court — and that intelligence feeds future lawsuit answers. When there's a judgment, the appeal is built from its specific grounds.
