in 1992, AeC is a contact center company specializing in customer relationship management, offering phone, chat, and WhatsApp service channels, along with sales, collections, and technical assistance.

The company serves major brands across Brazil and employs more than 52,000 people nationwide, concentrated in the Northeast and Southeast regions.

Challenge

Low data visibility to guide decisions

Outsourced services rank among the most litigated segments in the country. Over the past 12 months, on average 55,000 labor lawsuits were filed against service providers — and call center companies concentrate nearly half of that litigation¹.

In the context of AeC, having visibility into the factors that influence case outcomes, the most recurring themes, and the regions with the highest concentration of litigation, for example, is a fundamental step in responding efficiently to the volume of new lawsuits

However, obtaining this kind of litigation analytics requires extensive analytical effort, with a level of data analysis capable of processing information from thousands of documents.

How can you develop a consistent legal strategy without a repository of data to guide decision-making?
How can you develop a consistent legal strategy without a repository of data to guide decision-making?

Solution

AeC hired Enter to build a statistical view of its litigation portfolio, turning data into practical guidance for legal and operational decisions.

Statistical analysis of litigation track record

Enter ran a series of analyses to identify procedural patterns across AeC’s labor litigation portfolio.

Based on a dataset of 3,200 lawsuits, AI agents performed an exhaustive review of each case, mapping the reasons behind wins and losses in court rulings, the locations with the highest procedural incidence, and the most frequently disputed topics: indirect termination, moral damages, overtime pay, employment relationship recognition during training periods, and dismissal for misconduct.

In one of the subjects analyzed, for example, 45% of the lawsuits lost at the trial court turned favorable to AeC on appeal. This means that, when the company appealed lawsuits on that subject, nearly half of the losses reversed at the appellate level.

The diagnosis changed the company on two fronts:
‍

  1. By identifying the factors that drive rulings, AeC’s legal department now guides strategic decisions with data intelligence.
    ‍
  2. With visibility into the root cause of the lawsuits, the analyses gave the legal department the inputs to point out improvement opportunities in internal operations, such as hiring and training programs.
    ‍

In parallel, Enter’s AI agents monitor sensitive cases across every lawsuit. When they identify a lawsuit carrying risk, they trigger alerts that let the legal department act preventively and define the right strategy.

“The training insights are already supporting internal risk-reduction initiatives. When we apply this data and analysis to strategic lawsuits, we make the lawsuit answer even stronger.”

Intelligent witness database

Enter’s AI agents also feed an intelligent database comprising testimony given at hearings and the context surrounding each statement.

In parallel, we identified litigation fraud rings — groups acting in coordination, sometimes as plaintiffs, sometimes as witnesses, in lawsuits filed against AeC. AeC’s legal department reviews and validates every identification.

In an analysis of nearly 17,000 lawsuits, Enter’s AI agents mapped:
‍

  • 214 people involved in more than three lawsuits, as a witness or plaintiff
    ‍
  • 38 people involved in litigation fraud rings
    ‍

In practice, if the same witness presents a different version of the facts in another lawsuit, Enter’s AI agents flag the exact moment of the contradiction and gather the evidence the law firms representing AeC need to raise it in court.

DELIVER WOW

‍

Monitoring for fraud and wrongdoing

Although AeC has not recorded a high volume of fraud or wrongdoing across its labor litigation portfolio, Enter activated a preventive monitoring layer against abusive litigation, prompt injection — hidden citations inserted into the filings to influence the AI systems the parties use — and citations to case law that does not exist.
The initiative was designed to operate continuously: whenever an indication of bad-faith conduct is identified, the system triggers alerts so that the legal department can assess the case in advance and structure the best response for each scenario.

Impacto

The strength of the operation drove an expansion of the portfolio supported by Enter’s technology to 100% of AeC’s labor litigation.

AeC's legal department was able to expand its visibility into litigation, enabling it to build a statistics-driven strategy focused on the portfolio's most frequent claims.. As a result, the legal department recorded a 44-percentage-point increase in performance on one of the main claims in its labor litigation, compared to similar cases before the partnership.

“The intelligence tools focused on nonexistent case law, improper use of AI and connections between witnesses and plaintiffs let us monitor material risks and strengthen our lawsuit answers.”
