“Enter gave our legal department and our company far greater efficiency and deeper knowledge — not just of our lawsuits, but of the business as a whole.”

In February 2026, the company went public on the NYSE (NYSE:AGBK), after closing 2025 with more than US$187 million in profit — 32% growth over the prior year — a US$6.5 billion credit portfolio and 6.7 million active clients.
Challenge
Agi faced a series of challenges: from abusive litigation driven by one of the products with the highest volume of banking lawsuits in the country, to a volume of more than 130,000 lawsuits per year. Back in 2024, Agi partnered with Enter to help its legal team tackle those challenges.
Even after achieving a 4 p.p. performance boost with Enter's AI, the bank hit a clear ceiling, as the solution was confined to a single step of the legal workflow.
To get past that, the question was:
“In a typical legal pipeline, lawsuits just flow through without much attention to detail, leading to a one-size-fits-all approach. But when you dive into the nuances the way EnterOS does, you see a clear performance boost.”

Solution
Building on strong early results, Agibank expanded its partnership with a five-step EnterOS rollout:
“With EnterOS, we have technology embedded across every stage of our legal pipeline. That means every lawsuit reaches the final stage with the right inputs—and every subsequent procedural development is captured and analyzed by AI.”

As soon as a lawsuit comes in, Enter's agents read the initial filing, check the fields in Agi's legal ERP — matter, product, claim value and plaintiff data — and map the legal inputs each lawsuit needs.
With Agibank clients averaging over five active contracts, Enter's AI first ensures every lawsuit is accurately matched to its underlying contract and alerts the legal team to any missing documentation or pending items before they draft the lawsuit answer.
Enter's AI agents analyze the complete lawsuit file, executing more than 30 automated checks to flag key risk indicators — such as claim concentration per plaintiff, expired documentation and disbarred attorney sponsoring the lawsuit.
Additionally, Enter cross-references each lawsuit against the Enter Network database, alerting Agi whenever a plaintiff displays widespread activity across other portfolios in the network before any legal strategy is executed.
Enter monitors procedural updates in real time from the moment a lawsuit is filed. This includes tracking injunctions — which often require immediate action from the bank to avoid penalties — and analyzing the specific obligations imposed so the legal team can quickly determine the appropriate response.
Once a ruling is published, the AI agents automatically update Agi's legal ERP with the outcome, reasoning, current stage and next steps.
“By pinpointing the root causes behind each lawsuit, the legal team transforms lawsuit insights into actionable feedback across departments — preventing recurring issues and unlocking true strategic impact.”

Enter analyzes the litigation portfolio to uncover patterns of adverse rulings across lawsuit profiles, jurisdictions and other key dimensions. By delivering actionable jurimetric insights, it empowers legal teams to make data-driven decisions on when to defend a lawsuit and when settlement is the more strategic, cost-effective path.
For example, these analytics revealed that certain regions in Brazil experience significantly higher adverse-judgment rates due to local market dynamics — enabling the bank to allocate resources and tailor its legal strategy with greater precision.
Enter monitors open lawsuits for signals that a lawsuit is ready to close — such as an unappealed deadline or confirmed payment — and alerts the bank's outside counsel for quick validation.
Within two months, lawsuits flagged for closure surged by 85%, directly freeing up provisioned capital for reallocation.
Impact
While Enter’s targeted initial solution delivered a 4 p.p. gain in performance, expanding to the full EnterOS platform unlocked an additional 5 p.p. — driving a total 9 p.p. performance boost alongside a 28% reduction in operating cost per lawsuit.
Beyond cost savings and performance metrics, end-to-end precision—from initial lawsuit intake to jurimetric modeling — significantly reduces Agibank's legal provisions and overall risk exposure, while providing executive leadership with unprecedented visibility across the entire portfolio.
